Why we founded WORSO

Our CEO Ayaka Kanaishi completed a PhD at Tokyo University of Marine Science and spent nine years at the Japan Food Research Laboratories front line — imported-food inspection and factory quality guidance. She then led food-export consulting at SOMPO Risk Management, CCIC-JAPAN, MAFF-commissioned projects, and as a Japan Management Association lecturer.

Along the way she felt a pressing industry problem: "consulting points are so scattered, no one organization can see a case through end-to-end." Regulatory work goes to a regulator, filings to a legal scrivener, customs to a broker, QC to yet another lab — accountability and timelines fragment.

In May 2023 she founded WORSO Inc. — one organization that closes the loop on regulatory check → filing → clearance → factory support → talent development, aiming to be the truly dependable partner for food-trading companies.
