Q. Which countries do you support for import/export?

Our one-stop service covers 8 countries: Japan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, and Malaysia. Regulatory research and market-entry studies are available for 30+ major markets including the US, EU, GCC, ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand.

Q. Can we start with a small or trial shipment?

Yes. We support first-time exports and market-test volumes. Spot engagements — such as compliance review only or customs documentation only — are also available.

Q. Are Foods with Function Claims (FFC) impossible to file without existing evidence?

Some cases can be filed through a systematic review of existing literature; others require new human trials. Together with OrthoMedico, we design cost-effective evidence strategies.

Pricing & contracts

Q. What is a typical budget?

Fees vary significantly by scope (target country, product category, type of application). After an initial hearing we provide a detailed scope and quote. Our factory quality audit is free.

Q. What contract types are available (spot / retainer / project)?

We support all three — spot engagements, monthly retainers, and project-based contracts. Retainers are the most cost-efficient option when multiple cases are expected.

Q. Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can execute an NDA before the first hearing, using either your template or ours.

How we work

Q. What is the process from first contact to project kickoff?

(1) Inquiry → (2) Initial hearing (free, available online) → (3) Scope and quote → (4) Contract → (5) Kickoff and execution. Our first reply is typically sent within 2 business days of your inquiry.

Q. Is the factory quality audit really free?

Yes. Complete the self-check list and send it to info@worso.co.jp. We reply with audit findings within about 10 business days (implementation support and site visits are quoted separately).

Q. What languages do you support?

Japanese, Chinese, and English in-house. Korean and other languages are supported through our partners.
