Service fees

Quoted individually per engagement. We bill only amounts agreed in advance by written or electronic contract.
Initial consultation is free.

Additional expenses

Application fees, inspection fees, local agent fees, customs fees, translation fees, travel expenses and similar out-of-pocket costs (disclosed in advance via quotation).

Payment timing

In principle, the payment due date shown on the invoice issued after work is completed (within 30 days of invoice date).

Payment method

Bank transfer (transfer fees borne by the client).

Delivery timing

Provided in line with the work schedule defined in the individual contract.

Cancellation / refunds

Cancellations after work has started are charged for work already performed and expenses incurred, per contract terms.
If force majeure (regulatory revision, natural disaster, etc.) makes continuation impracticable, arrangements will be discussed separately.
